Garment Quality Inspection Standards

General Requirements
Fabrics and accessories must be of excellent quality, meeting customer requirements, and the bulk order must be approved by the customer.

Style and color matching must be accurate.
Dimensions must be within the allowable error range.
Workmanship must be excellent.
Products must be clean, tidy, and have a good appearance.
Appearance Requirements
Platforms must be straight, flat, and of uniform length; lining plackets must not be longer than plackets. Zipper lips should be flat, even, wrinkle-free, and not gaping.

Zippers must not be wavy.
Buttons must be straight, even, and evenly spaced.

Lines must be even and straight, with no bulging edges, and consistent width from left to right.
Suspenders must be straight and without any snagging.

Pockets must be square and flat, with no gaps at the opening.

Pocket flaps and patch pockets must be square and flat, with consistent front and back, height, and size. Inner pockets must be of uniform height. The collar should be uniform in size, square, and even, with consistent notch size, smooth lapels, neat ends, a rounded neckline, a smooth collar face, appropriate elasticity, and a straight, non-curling outer edge; the undercollar should not be exposed.

Sleeves should be uniform in length, cuff size, and width; sleeve tabs should be uniform in height, length, and width.

The back should be smooth, with straight seams, a horizontally symmetrical back waistband, and appropriate elasticity.

The hem should be rounded, smooth, with consistent ribbing width at the hem; the ribbing should align with the stripes.

The lining should be the same size and length as the outer fabric, without sagging or bulging.

The webbing and lace sewn on both sides of the outside of the garment should have symmetrical patterns.
